I would vote for the one with the snow too. I love the little girls face...so sweet you just want to give her a little hug. This snowman gets me thinking of "Frosty" and watching that movie during the Christmas holidays when my daughter was young. thanks for the memory.
One more vote for the snow here. The white spots against the reddish colours of her clothing look good and the background shading makes it seem a little colder.
